What we do with your details

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a quote, we keep the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, the number of travellers, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to plan the trip you asked about.

When you join our newsletter, we keep your email address so we can send it to you. Every email we send has a way to stop them.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Visits to the site

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. These tools set cookies and record your device type, rough location, and the pages you open. Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles that data.

The site also remembers, in your browser only, which advert or link first brought you here, so we can tell which of our campaigns work.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry stays with our team in Kathmandu. To arrange a trip we pass on the details that airlines, hotels, and visa services need for your booking, and nothing more.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and bookings while we are helping you and for a reasonable time afterwards, in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@travelnepalholidays.com and we will sort it out.
