Ubud Wellness and Yoga Retreat
4.7 / 5from 28 Google reviewsPackage Overview
About This Package
A slow trip. You stay four nights in a small retreat hotel among the rice fields or the jungle outside Ubud, and each day has one thing in it, not five.
There is a yoga class, a sound healing session, a Balinese massage and a cooking class, with two short outings: the lake temple at Bedugul, and Tirta Empul, where a guide takes you through the bathing ritual. The rest of the time is yours.
You do not need any yoga experience. It works well for a solo traveller, and it can be added to the front of a beach trip.
