Khao Lak & Similan Islands

About This Package
The Similan Islands are a national park an hour and a quarter by speedboat from Khao Lak, known for white sand, granite boulders and the best snorkelling on this coast. The park is open only from 15 October to 15 May, so this trip runs in those months.
Khao Lak itself is quiet, with long beaches and small resorts, a good contrast to Patong. The flights from Bangkok to Phuket are included, and the drive from Phuket airport takes about an hour and a half.

Practical Tips
- The Similan park closes from 15 May to 15 October. For those months we suggest the Phuket Beach Holiday or Koh Samui instead.
- Similan trips can be moved a day for sea conditions, which is why the day after it is kept free.
