Practical Tips
- On the way home, leave at least three hours in Bangkok between the Phuket flight and the Kathmandu flight. If they use different Bangkok airports, allow an hour more for the drive between them.
- Maya Bay on Phi Phi closes to visitors every year from 1 August to 30 September. The Phi Phi tour still runs and views the bay from the boat.
